Ken's septic was quick to respond out to my home to pump the septic and there techs went the extra mile to explain in detail what they were doing and how the system looked. Also had the septic tank riser installed which looks great and will save money on the next pump out.

Ken’s Septic Service was absolutely fantastic. They were professional, responsive, and able to get to us very quickly—which made a huge difference on an already stressful day. Our septic tank hadn’t been pumped since I moved in 5 years ago, and the previous owners (who lived here for decades) never had it done either. It was a mess. They got everything cleaned out thoroughly, and in the middle of the job discovered that the main pipe leading to the septic tank was clogged. Instead of cutting corners, they stepped up and did the extra work to fully unclog the pipe and make sure everything was working the way it should. That level of care and follow-through really stood out. Ken’s Septic Service truly had our backs on a very crappy day (pun intended). I can’t recommend them enough—professional, hardworking, and genuinely committed to doing the job right.

Kens Septic service is the best Around! Their customer response is amazing, they are punctual, and Very fair priced. Their quick response is top-notch. I called and my septic tank that was full was pumped within two hours of my phone call or less. 10 out of 10 would recommend this company and I will forever use them in my future Septic pumping endeavors. We moved into our home with a brand new Septic three years ago and just as expected three years later, it was ready to be pumped. And they did a fantastic job!
