Data sharing

Data retention

Google Analytics data is retained per Google's standard settings (default 26 months). Review submissions are retained while the review is live and removed upon a verified removal request. Enquiry data is retained for the duration of the related correspondence and removed within twelve months of it ending.

Your choices

You can request a copy of any personal data you have submitted to us, request correction or deletion, or opt out of having a submitted review remain published, by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we handle. No method of internet transmission is one hundred percent secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site is not directed at children under the age of sixteen. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
