Worse company that I have ever worked with. Their main guy comes in here telling me everything that he CAN NOT do. couple of light cap blocks need to be moved, NO he can not do that, so I as a 71 yr. old woman have no problem moving them, Had them before at my rental house and he would have done NOTHING if my renter had not shamed him into doing some work. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

We had a water leak in the main line coming to our house. The good service started from the nice person who answered the phone. Shane the owner showed up at our home in a few hours! They began work ahead of schedule and the job was done in a very timely manner. All of that and the ground was very wet red clay mud!! Highly recommend!!

I would give zero stars if possible. The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. Initially, the technician refused to work without someone present, then left before my husband could arrive 15 minutes later. They claimed there was 'no leak,' but the pipes burst again shortly after. When I called back for help, the technician spoke to me in a condescending manner, talked over me, and even threatened to charge my rental company 3x the normal rate to make me look bad as a tenant. Unacceptable behavior and poor workmanship. Avoid this company
