I had an issue with my sump pump alarm going off. I just bought this house and wasn’t sure exactly what could be the problem, but had done a little research myself. I called another local person and he told me my pump was bad and would be about $5,000 to fix. I was unsatisfied with that quote and decided to get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did! Jack came out to look at my issue. He quickly identified the actual problem and fixed my pump within a few hours. He clearly explained the problem and fix in a way I could easily understand. It all made sense and was a fraction of the price I was quoted previously. This business seems to be run by good and honest people. I will definitely use them again if / when the time comes. I can’t say enough good things about Choo Choo Rooter. From the moment I called, they were incredibly kind, professional, and easy to talk to. They showed up fast — much faster than I expected — and got right to work without wasting any time. What really stood out to me was how genuinely nice everyone was. They treat you with respect, explain everything clearly, and make you feel comfortable the entire time. It honestly feels less like hiring a company and more like having a capable family member come over to help. On top of that, the price was more than fair. Don't think about it Just Call Them. Phillip and his team did an outstanding job fixing our neglected un-serviced septic tank. We ignorantly didn't use our own inspection on a house purchase, and our tank was in bad shape. We were referred to Choo-Choo-Rooter and shortly after our toilets wouldn't flush they came and got it working, after normal working hours too. Professionally diagnosing the issues and solving the problems.
