I noticed several excellent reviews on Hip Cookeville from people when I was needing my septic tank serviced. I sent a message to Chris asking him for a price and he literally called me within SECONDS! This was in the evening and by 11am the next day, Chris was pumping my tank at nearly half the price as competition. I personally watched the work being performed and Chris went WAY ABOVE in providing top notch service. I also had a collapsed field line and some other issues that Chris gave some fantastic tips to me so I could save some money by doing it myself. I even called home several hours after he left the job for more advice that he was more than happy to give. He told me to call if he can do anything for me including "Just advice ." Chris saved me a LOT of money and he will be my first choice for any future needs that je provides. Chris Jones Septic Service is the perfect model of what this type of service should look like !
