Honestly, I went into this with low expectations. Been in this house in Valleybrook going on twenty years, and the last company I called gave me a runaround and charged me for work I'm still not sure they actually did. Called this crew because the toilets had been sluggish for a week and I'd started catching a faint smell near the drain field. David came out, ran a full check, and found the filter was clogged solid. He showed me exactly what he pulled out of it and explained the backflow risk I'd been sitting on without knowing. No upsell, no pressure, just a straight answer and a fair bill. I highly recommend them.
