Before calling mid Tenn septic and plumbing I called another company, which misdiagnosed the problem and charged 150$. Called mid Tenn and had a team come out in a timely manner. Crack in my concrete septic tank and busted pipe. This was an extensive job and was handled with the utmost care and respect to my family and my home. Very kind gentlemen, happy to explain problems and solutions. Kind to my children and pets. Fixed the problem quickly! I needed my septic tank pumped just for general maintenance called another company and they said it would be over a week. I then called middle Tennessee and talked to Tim and he said he could get me same day and he did. He also put me an easy access tube on top of the septic tank as I have an older septic tank so that it never has to be dug up again. They did good work they were quick and they cleaned up after. Nice work gentlemen thank you. I would recommend Tim to anyone needing septic service.
