We had an emergency Memorial Day weekend! We woke up to a septic tank back up! I started calling numbers & Eric answered. He said he wasn't working out our direction, but could help us. He got to our house & went to work. He was extremely polite, thorough, & professional. He could've said he couldn't get to us today, but he went out of his way to get our septic issue resolved. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend Pro Septic Service!

I contacted Eric weeks ago about some septic work I needed done. The last time we spoke he asked me to text him my info. I did and asked when he would be able to come out. He said “probably next week”. Next week came and went and I didn’t hear anything from him at all. He was friendly and helpful when I spoke on the phone, but I’m pretty frustrated at the lack of communication and follow through.

If you are needing your septic tank pumped, Eric is the only call that you will need to make. Not only will he show up when he says but he will explain what will need to be done to keep things working right. Travis is also a big part of the success of this company. Both of these guys take customer service to another level. I would give 10 stars if it was possible. Very reasonable pricing, great customer service, honesty, integrity and the list could go on and on. Thanks guys! You are the BEST.
