Had our septic system start backing up due to what we found out was a clog. I am a first time homeowner and the very first time we have had to have our tank pumped. Called relief septic and they were here same day, were so kind, thorough and patient in trying to locate our tank going off a old document of where it was. Very efficent, curtious and professional! 10/10 would recommend to any neighbor needing septic work! Thank you! :)

Garbage, I had them come out to drain my septic and figure out why it was clogged. Not only could they not figure the clog or that we had a pump sysyem they told me my septic looked good and charged $300 to dig up the the septic cap. We'll that was about 2 months ago and our septic that was supposedly good to go is now over flowing. We will never use again. I feel it was just them being lazy at least I hope so.

Well had a problem with our septic tank wasn’t sure what the problem is this company came and told us it was the pump so we change the pump they changed pump and didn’t run the electrical lines underground or anything just let it there not even plugged in a week later the pump is not working so we called them out to see the problem. They said it is the fill lines. So was the pump even bad. Who knows. But I asked them for a quote for finding out if the fill lies were broken and they said 400 I was like ok let me talk to the wife and see when you can get them back out here to fix the problem. Next thing I know they are charging me 550.00 for pumping the tank out and that’s all they did service charge they said. I would stay away at all cost.

I simply cannot say enough great things about this company. Jon did our septic inspection over two years ago, before we even moved to this state, and he was prompt, affordable, and trustworthy. But even more significant than that, is the kindness and professionalism he’s shown us NOW. We just had a “hiccup” in our house selling that required proof for the mortgage company of adequate septic, and Jon was SO incredibly patient and accommodating to write up the letter we needed. Two years after he ever got a dime from us, he was willing to endure countless calls, texts, and emails, all for the sake of helping us. (THANK YOU!!!)
