We purchased a house that had not been well maintained for several years. The previous owner was not able to help explain the location or previous maintenance of the septic system. Chris from Septic masters was simply awesome in cleaning out the septic tanks, explaining where everything is located, troubleshooting all issues, and then making sure the pump was properly sized (prior pump was under sized) and functioning correctly. We won’t be using any other company for septic system work in the future. This company has great service at fair prices. Thanks for all your help Chris!

Septic Masters was surprisingly Professional. This is my first time owning a septic system, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I gave Chris a call, and was blown away with his professionalism and integrity. He established his credibility by taking 15 minutes to explain everything to me, he showed up on time, did a great job with the inspection, vacuumed everything out and gave me a clean bill of health. Since then he has been responsive to my rookie questions about how to operate and maintain my system, and told me what signs to watch out for. I hope I don't have any problems with my system, but when I do, I know who I will call. Thanks Chris!
